This site provides information about the firm and its services. It collects personal data only when you choose to give it to us, through an enquiry form, a diagnostic index request or by email, and uses it only for the purpose you gave it.
What we collect
We collect personal data only through the enquiry and download forms on this site and through email correspondence you initiate. This includes your name, contact details (email address and, where you provide it, telephone number), your organisation, the content of your enquiry and, where you request a diagnostic index, which index you asked for. The site does not require an account and does not collect personal data in the background. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores no preferences in your browser.
How we use it
The information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage the professional relationship that may follow. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing lists, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Sharing
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except with the service providers necessary to operate this website and our email (such as hosting and email infrastructure), and only to the extent needed for that operation. Where the law requires disclosure, we comply with the law.
Legal framework
We handle personal data in a manner aligned with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), including its principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation and security of processing.
Retention
We keep the personal data you submit for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry or to manage the client relationship that follows from it, and no longer.
Your rights and how to reach us
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing need to keep it. For any of these requests, or any question about this policy, write to consultant@exsolutiongroup.com.
